Our Story
Elroi Healthcare LP was founded in 2015 with a simple yet profound mission: to provide compassionate, high-quality care that enhances the lives of people with disabilities and elderly individuals. Our founder, Dr. Elizabeth Rowe, established the agency after witnessing firsthand the challenges faced by her grandmother who required specialized care in her later years. This personal experience highlighted the critical need for caregivers who not only possessed technical skills but also demonstrated genuine empathy and respect for their clients.
What began as a small team of dedicated caregivers has grown into a trusted healthcare agency serving communities across the region.
